1. Rental will begin on shipping date. No rent will be charged for transit time. Transit time will be based on UPS standard delivery schedules.
   
   
2. The minimum rental is one (1) week. First week's rent plus outbound freight must be paid prior to shipment. Additional rent will be invoiced weekly, with the final week being prorated on a daily basis. Invoices are due upon receipt.
   
   
3. Rental equipment will be shipped to the address shown on the rental agreement. Renter agrees to use the equipment at this location, and not remove the equipment from this location without the express written permission of Western Technology.
   
   
4. Equipment is rented F.O.B. Western Technology, Seattle, Washington. Renter agrees to insure rental equipment against loss during shipping, including return shipment. All freight charges are the renter's responsibility.
   
   
5. Renter shall indemnify, hold harmless, and/or defend Western Technology, its officers and employees for all costs, injuries or damage arising from or alleged to have risen out of this rental agreement. Renter shall supply a Certificate of Insurance with Western Technology named as additional insured as respects to the terms of this rental agreement.
   
   
6. Renter agrees to properly operate and maintain the rental equipment. Renter further agrees that only the renter's employees will operate the rental equipment, and that the employees shall have full knowledge of the proper operation of the equipment, and that proper safety and protective gear and clothing shall be used during the operation of the rental equipment.
   
   
7. It is the renter's responsibility to constantly make visual inspections of the rental equipment and to immediately remove the equipment from service and immediately notify Western Technology of any condition which may indicate or cause potential failure of, and/or danger to, the operator and/or worksite from continued use of the equipment.
   
   
8. Renter agrees that all repairs must be done by Western Technology except replacing light bulbs and lenses. Only Western Technology light bulbs and lenses may be used.
   
   
9. Upon return of the rental equipment to Western Technology, the equipment will be inspected and repaired as necessary. All repairs resulting from improper use and/or abuse will be invoiced to the renter. Renter agrees to pay repair invoices upon receipt.
   
   
10. Option to purchase rental equipment: 100% of paid rental funds will apply to the purchase if the balance of purchase price is received by Western Technology within 30 days of the date of delivery. 50% of paid rental funds will apply to the purchase if the balance of the purchase price is received by Western Technology 31 to 45 days from the date of delivery. 0% of the paid rental funds will apply to purchase if the purchase price is received after 45 days from the date of delivery.
