Gen3, BRICK® is now built with “on-site” cable replacement capabilities. You no longer need to submit an RMA & ship/return the BRICK® light back to us for cable repair issues. The 9610 Cable Replacement Tool Kit is now available for purchase (sold separately). It includes all the tools necessary to properly replace the cable yourself on-site, reducing downtime.
*Cable replacement can only be performed on the Gen3 version of the BRICK®
…previous versions of the BRICK® must still be returned for all repairs to retain its explosion proof certification.
